Alexandra Prouzou started her academic studies in the United Kingdom. The first cycle of her undergraduate and postgraduate studies was in Business Administrative Sciences.
She followed a professional career in both Great Britain and Greece. Indicatively, organizations she has worked with are MTV EUROPE, KRAFT JACOB SCUSCARD, SARA LEE, HENKEL, etc.
Her academic and work experience, together with her inevitable engagement to the human factor at a demanding level of effective collaboration, communication and goal achievement triggered her the need for a deeper search and for broadening the skills of empathy, introspection and constructive interaction at both individual and group level.
Therefore, the second cycle of her academic training led her to obtain an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a postgraduate degree in Health Psychology, as well as the completion of the four-year psychotherapeutic approach in Drama Therapy. In addition, she holds a certified (AADCT) diploma in business executive coaching. She is a regular member of the Association of Greek Psychologists (SEPS) and the Association of Drama Therapists, Play Therapists of Greece (EDPE).
Alexandra Prouzou works in the field of mental health at her private office, providing individual and group psychotherapy, as well as coaching sessions for business executives and organizations. At the same time, she takes part in presentations and conferences relevant to her field, as well as in seminars and drama therapy interventions at mental health institutions (Anasa, Psychiatric Hospital of Attica, School of Health Sciences - EKPA, etc.) and organizations (Microsoft, Innora SA, ABOCA) etc.).
